Evaluating organizations by their profits, incomes and business effectiveness with customer loyalty is just an outside view - rather important, yet not the only one. Behind those closed company doors is a world of constant deadlines, overtime hours in the office and team cooperation, all working towards maximizing the business and commerce.
In order to be successful on the outside, a company must first take good care of the ones who run it – employees and stakeholders. If these groups are well satisfied with operations and the atmosphere in the company happening on daily basis, then the profit will be maximized as they will be motivated for work, which as simple as that makes complete sense. However, it is not easy getting to that comfortable point where the employees give 110% and a lot of company leaders neglect this very important part of PR – internal communications.
Here are five interesting steps that can help develop a strategy for high quality corporate communications ( https://bit.ly/2yVnFKl ):

To start with, every company has a different approach to it's leadership and culture, but should embrace at least one plan with a two-way communication platform used internally. To take a news company I worked in as an example - we used Google Hangouts as our main dialogue platform. We would all talk to each other through this online chat room, get tasks, make requests, learn new information regarding the company and our work, etc.
Further on, our boss (the main editor of newspaper) had an ''open door'' policy and was very approachable which made communication from the top, through other editors and lectors, all the way to us journalists very fluent. This way the whole office was engaging and friendly, making the work hours fun and the work space comfortable.
Lastly, having set an interactive channel would have one big advantage - collecting the employees' feedback. This part is crucial as it is the main indicator of what's good and what's not with the corporate communication strategy. It is more than necessary to know how the employees are feeling at their work place, in order to decide on how to act next - change is inevitable, good and very much needed.
